Graphic Novel & Book Swap

Pacific Boychoir Academy is excited to host our first Graphic Novel and Book Swap for kids!

Sunday, March 4, 2-4pm at 215 Ridgeway Avenue, Oakland  -- Free, and open to the public

Have your kids gather up the gently-used books they've read and enjoyed and bring them to swap with others (limit 20 per kid). All genres welcome.

They'll meet new people, make new friends and get *new* books!

Leftover books will be welcomed by the PBA school library or donated to the Oakland Library.

General guidelines:

  1. Target ages for books: 8-16.
  2. Gently-used:  Covers on, no rips, tears or badly bent corners; no coloring or writing in them.
  3. Real books: No coloring books, activity books, sticker books, or "books" from Happy Meals or the like.
  4. Book-for-book swap:  you will receive 1 swap ticket for each book you bring to trade for a new book.
  5. The quality of the swap depends on the books you bring. Bring good to get good.
  6. Adults welcome, with their child, not without.

In the Theater @ Pacific Boychoir Academy, 215 Ridgeway Avenue, Oakland, CA 94611
