The PBA is governed by its Board of Directors, a group of community volunteers dedicated to the Boychoir's mission. The Board of Directors meets every second Tuesday of the Month. Subcommittees meet approximately once per month: Finance, Policy, Fundraising, Program, Board Development, and Strategic Planning

The Music Advisory Council exists to advise the Boychoir's Music Staff on the Boychoir's musical projects. The Boychoir's Music Staff consults with members of the Music Advisory Council, in a committment to musical excellence and community cooperation
