PBA’s 2022 East Coast Tour!

This year’s PBA tour will last from June 28 to July 11, 2022. It is the first tour in two years and will be one of the longest tours PBA choristers have taken in many years. They have performances scheduled over fourteen days in amazing venues in New York City, Philadelphia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Tour highlights include historic sites, museums, and national monuments.

Arlington, VA and Baltimore, MD
Concert 1: Maryland State Boys Choir, Baltimore, MD
Sightseeing: Arlington Cemetery (JFK Tomb, Tomb of The Unknown Soldier,
Changing of the Guard) and Arlington Mansion (home of Robert E. Lee.)

Washington, DC Area
Concert 2: Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, Washington, DC
Concert 3: Seventh Day Adventist Church, Spencerville, MD
Sightseeing: The White House, Washington Monument, Library of Congress,
National Archives, Capitol Hill, Supreme Court, MLK Memorial, FDR Memorial,
Jefferson Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam and Korean War Memorials, WWII Memorial, Smithsonian Institute, Udvar-Hazy Center (AKA National Air and Space Museum), and International Spy Museum.

Mount Vernon, VA and Philadelphia, PA
Concert 4: Basilica of St. Peter and Paul, Mass Performance, Philadelphia, PA
Sightseeing: Mt. Vernon (George Washington’s mansion, including Education Center and out buildings.)

Philadelphia, PA
Sightseeing: Old Town Philadelphia, Magic Garden Art Museum, and Independence Hall (including the Liberty Bell, and Washington Square.) Independence Day Fireworks in Philadelphia. Tour Valley Forge Historic Park (Washington’s headquarters, troop huts, visitor center, and more.)

New York, NY
Concert 5: St. Patrick’s Cathedral
Concert 6: St. John the Divine
Concert 7: St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, Mass Performance
Sightseeing: Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Times Square, Coney Island, Battery Park, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, walk on the Brooklyn Bridge, a Hudson River cruise to see the NYC skyline, the Apollo Theater, Harlem, Central Park (sing at Bethesda Terrace), Strawberry Fields (memorial to John Lennon), the panther statue, The Ramble, and more.
